When listing your home, we discuss at what price you need to list your home to create value in the eyes of the buyer, and to choose your home over the competition?

What are you selling? It really doesn't matter! Whatever it is, it must represent value to the buyer. It can be popcorn, it could be yourself at a job interview, it could be the resume you send to get the job interview, it could be LISTING YOUR HOME FOR SALE, or it could be as simple as just yourself out meeting others in your day to day life. 

People make a determination of value, trust, and an initial overall opinion of the person or product they are buying within 3 seconds! Yes, you have about 3 seconds to make that impact.

So your packaging of the product being sold, your outfit/clothes, your speech, and your actions all are perceived or determined by the buyer at the first moment they see it, and...

When Buying and Selling Real Estate, Fear is our greatest challenge.
