BRETT SWEARINGEN
Brett became a Realtor in the early 80's as a commercial agent in Tulsa. He then managed the sales and building operations for multiple offices building over 100 new homes in Arkansas and Texas. Brett later returned back to Tulsa and joined RE/MAX Residential and quickly became a leading agent for them. Later Brett was part of the pioneering agents joining a new Tulsa company called Keller Williams-Tulsa. Much later Brett used his Realtor knowledge to become a top Mortgage Loan Officer in Tulsa, and focusing for decades on helping buyers with their home lending options then guided both the buyer/seller and agent through the buying and selling process to a successful closing. Brett then re-entered the real estate market as a Preferred REALTOR and created Swearingen Realty Team with his team partner Rebecca Zarecki. Becky is entering her 37th year as a Realtor-Broker-Manager, and successful agent helping sellers and buyers also fulfill their dream of home ownership. After all these years Brett & Becky still love turning their clients home dreams into an address they live in.

Jana is a lifelong resident of the Oklahoma City and Edmond area, with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of Central Oklahoma. She brings over 28 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, having built her career across the newspaper and magazine industries as well as at a small ad agency. Jana makes an incredible addition to our team. All our media needs for promoting our listings are amazing!
KACIE POSTON | SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Kacie was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Kacie has been with Chinowth & Cohen Realtors® since they opened their Edmond and Nichols’ Hills branches in 2020. She specializes in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn and Google. As a Certified Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Instructor, she teaches social media and marketing classes periodically at Chinowth & Cohen. She has always had a passion for real estate and enjoys establishing agents at Chinowth & Cohen for success through effective strategies on social media.
