When listing your home, we discuss at what price you need to list your home to create value in the eyes of the buyer, and to choose your home over the competition?

What are you selling? It really doesn't matter! Whatever it is, it must represent value to the buyer. It can be popcorn, it could be yourself at a job interview, it could be the resume you send to get the job interview, it could be LISTING YOUR HOME FOR SALE, or it could be as simple as just yourself out meeting others in your day to day life. 

People make a determination of value, trust, and an initial overall opinion of the person or product they are buying within 3 seconds! Yes, you have about 3 seconds to make that impact.

So your packaging of the product being sold, your outfit/clothes, your speech, and your actions all are perceived or determined by the buyer at the first moment they see it, and not just at the end. This means if you have not WOWED the buyer of whatever it is your selling upfront, then you have to work VERY hard to rebuild the perception they have already made in their mind. 

Which would you pay more for?? (They cost about the same to produce)

WHICH DO YOU FEEL IS BETTER POPCORN AS A GIFT, AND BEST REPRESENTS YOUR OWN IMAGE WHEN GIVING IT??


See, that is the rub! When someone buys or gives a gift, it reflects on them too. They are going to be very careful to not cast off the wrong perception of themselves to their piers. On a home, will your buyer perceive value living there, and will they feel that the home image is what they want their friends and family to invision of them when living there?

You should be Packaging everything in your life this way. You will NEVER have to apologize for looking good, having a great product or home your selling, doing the right thing for others on a day to day basis, and packaging yourself to be of value.
